Milender White recently closed on 3.8 acres of land, between Third and Fourth streets in downtown Silverthorne, north of Interstate 70 off of Highway 9/Blue River Parkway, where it’s planning the 4th Street Crossing mixed-use development. 

The Riverfront Apartments, located at 681-699 Center Circle, was purchased by Anchor Riverfront LLC for $7.48 million. 

Teams from Milender White and the St. Charles Town Co. recently made the 67-mile trip to Silverthorne to make pitches on redeveloping the heart of the downtown of the Summit County community.
