Tyler Seals, Principal, Denver Office, Beaudin Ganze Consulting Engineers

Tyler Seals serves as Vice President and leads the Denver office.  Tyler is responsible for providing direction for the firm’s quality control / assurance program as well as oversight for projects under construction.  His background in mechanical, electrical and structural systems design as well as building construction provides effective design and integration of these systems into a project from conceptual sketches through construction contract administration.

Tyler has been an essential part of the leadership team when it comes to the firm’s sustainable design goals.  He is the Principal-In-Charge of numerous projects seeking LEED certification and was responsible for engineering one of the first 11 structures in the nation to be certified in the USGBC’s pilot LEED Program, the Sundeck Restaurant in Aspen, Colorado.  He continues to think of the “big picture” on projects when it comes to original, energy saving strategies and makes this a focus of each project under his management.

For the past 13 years, Tyler has worked on numerous hotel and hospitality projects nationwide, including, Montage Resorts & Hotels, Starwood Properties, (Westin, and Sheraton), The Marriott, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Hotel Jerome, Holiday Inn and Park Hyatt.
