Current Responsibilities


As Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle Project Development Services, Mr. Dordick is the firm’s hotel development specialist providing expertise from site selection, entitlements, and feasibility analysis, through program management, development services and capital structuring. He is responsible for providing development and project advisory resources to JLL clients on a global basis.


Experience


Mr. Dordick has specialized for over 23 years in real estate development, counseling and property analytics across all property types. He has performed assignments throughout North America, Latin America, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Mr. Dordick has also owned and operated commercial and residential construction companies and developed hotel, office and residential projects as a principal investor and partner.


Positions


Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Dordick spent 23 years operating a real estate law and consulting practice specializing in hotel, resort and commercial development. He has led the development, sales and acquisition of over $500 million of real estate assets. For the two years previous to joining JLL, he was the Director of Transactional Services at HVS responsible for advising clients on their hotel acquisitions, dispositions, investment strategies and development projects.


Education & Affiliations

Mr. Dordick is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver School of Law. He has been active in ULI, HBA, the American Bar Association, and has held municipal and charitable board Chairs. He is conversationally fluent in Swedish.
