Greg joined Richfield in 2009 bringing his extensive experience in the hospitality industry spanning more than 25 years.  Greg’s comprehensive background in hotel management, operations, sales and marketing and financial deal structuring helps to ensure that all owned and managed hotels will perform at their fullest potential.  His in-depth operations experience enables Richfield to assist owners on an even stronger level to achieve greater returns by optimizing brand relations and top line revenues.  Greg’s experience includes leadership positions with Sage Hospitality, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels and Marriott International.  Greg is an alumnus of LaSalle University and a widely recognized leader within the hospitality industry.
