CAREER


Throughout my 27 years of experience in retail leasing, I have represented premier retail projects (Larimer Square, University Hills, The Landmark, and Independence Plaza, among others), listings and tenants in the Denver Metropolitan area.  My expertise in leasing restaurant and urban specialty has lead me to negotiate over 160 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent chains and operations, including: Cholon, H Burger, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Jing, Hacienda Colorado, TAG, Stueben’s, Lola, Tamayo, Earl’s, Oceanaire, Famous Dave’s Barbeque, et al.


This long-time experience is an advantage to my clients who rely on accurate, timely, and objective advice.  In the in industry I am well known for my integrity and ability to listen to and understand the client’s goals and business model.  My extensive presence in the market creates significant opportunities for my clients.  As a result, I know virtually every local player in retail development and leasing on a first name basis and literally have my finger on the pulse of urban and specialty retail real estate in Colorado.


As an acknowledgement to my productivity, I have consistently ranked within the Top 10 Retail Brokers in the state as recognized by The Denver Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” annual list.  In addition, I have been recognized numerous times by DMCAR for being one of the Top 5 Retail Brokers in production.
