Partner and former V.P. of Development  of Grupo Anderson’s ( Mexico’s largest restaurant group with brands such as Senor Frog’s, Carlos and Charlie’s., Carlos O’Brians, El Squid Roe etc). in the following 25 years.


Created new brands such as Harry’s steak and sea food house, Mama Roma,  Glazz, Vamonos Taquerias etc.


Actual owner of “Vinue Food and Wine Bar” and “Manyee French-Mexican artisanal food.”
