Rodd Merchant is an Assistant Vice President with JE Dunn Construction Rocky Mountain region. Mr. Merchant is responsible for Quality Assurance and firm wide implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM). As BIM director, he is currently focused on leveraging the power of BIM to eliminate waste and rework and improve the construction process.
