Phillip Saieg, LEED AP O+M, Energy & Facility Solutions, McKinstry

Phillip Saieg is currently part of the technical services team at McKinstry. Phillip has ten years of green-building experience, including his own consulting company, Think Design Build. Along with two bachelor’s degrees, Phillip holds a green-building certification from CSU, is a LEED AP O+M, has completed the NREL’s Energy Execs Institute program, and is a Harvard-trained facilitator. Phillip is co-chair of the BOMA energy and environment committee, the chair of the Colorado Chapter’s United States Green Building Council’s communication committee, sits on the city of Golden’s Sustainability Board, and is a published author. Phillip has presented on a variety of green building topics, specializing in existing buildings and energy services.
