NATE MANIKTALA, LEED-AP BD+C, MBA has a unique understanding of engineering. He combines his experience working in the family engineering firm and developing numerous real estate projects, with his experience managing a business consulting firm and directing business strategy for the company. As the leader of M.E. GROUP’s Green Services Division, Nate is committed to ensuring continual advancements for high performing and meaningful initiatives in sustainability efforts for the firm. His leadership and inspiration guide how our people, the consulting services we provide and our operating processes articulate our mission; “Improving Life Through A Better Built Environment”. Nate partners with clients across the nation, helping them develop stronger sustainable and energy efficient practices and has represented more than 70 projects seeking LEED certification. He is engaged with M.E. GROUP’s Commissioning Team in collaborative efforts to deliver combined expertise and maximum building performance. Nate has worked with Fortune 500 corporation such as Crate & Barrel, Kraft Foods and numerous Government Agencies, including working with the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office and GSA’s Office of High Performance Green Buildings on the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across their organizations. Nate is a frequent presenter at lectures, educational seminars and national speaking engagements on sustainability within the built environment. He considers the importance of integrating sustainability into every thought; whether within his business role, his family or his community.
