EXPERIENCE



 


Ms. Sharrer is a partner in Holland & Hart's real estate practice group. Her practice concentrates on commercial real estate development and financing, land use and annexation issues, virtually all aspects of acquisitions and sales, office park development, green building issues, leasing, title matters, loan documentation and opinion letters.


Ms. Sharrer represents the developer of the premier office parks in theDenverarea in nearly all aspects of its developments. She has represented national corporations in connection with the disposition or restructuring of their real estate holdings; national office, apartment and residential developers in connection with acquisitions and subsequent development; a large mining company in connection with the redevelopment of lands outside Telluride, Colorado into a high-end residential project; a major oil company in acquisition and development of retail sites throughout Colorado; major office and retail landlords and tenants; and local and national lenders and borrowers in connection with complex real estate and minerals financings.


Ms. Sharrer was selected for inclusion in Chambers USA in both 2007 and 2008, Best Lawyers in America® in 2009, 2010, and 2011 and Colorado Super Lawyers in 2009, 2010, and 2011. She previously served as the head of the real estate practice group at Holland & Hart and as the Administrative Partner of the firm'sDenver office, and is currently a member of the firm's Management Committee.
