Anne Hayes, Vice President of Development, Westfield Company, Inc.
Anne Hayes is a Vice President of Westfield Development Company, a locally owned and operated commercial real estate company. Current projects include Lincoln Station, a mixed-use transit oriented development currently under construction and 1800 Larimer, a CBD high rise office building that will break ground this fall. She has managed the LEED certification process for both. Anne has masters’ degrees from CU’sSchoolofArchitectureand Planning in Urban and Regional Planning and Urban Design.
