Stephanie T. Lawrence, Managing Director, Granite Properties

Stephanie T. Lawrence.  Senior Vice President – Asset Management.  Ms. Lawrence is a Senior Vice President of BetaWest, Ltd., the asset management division of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Real Estate Capital Partners (“RECP”).  Prior to joining RECP, Ms. Lawrence was with Lowe Enterprises for four years as a Vice President focusing on acquisition opportunities in Colorado and Texas.  Prior to Lowe Enterprises, she spent four years working as a leasing specialist and general manager with LaSalle Partners.

Ms. Lawrence received a B.S. in Economics and Math cum laude fromVanderbiltUniversity in 1987.  She was also one of 5 students selected for accelerated 5-year BA/MBA program and graduated in 1988 with honors from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing.
