Mr. Zatz is a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Denver Logistics and Industrial Group. Mitchell specializes in owner user sales, corporate services, user and investment dispositions and acquisitions of industrial properties.

Experience
Mitch has over 20 years of real estate experience, including sales and development of multi-residential properties, development and leasing of build-to-suit projects, sales of industrial facilities and vacant land. He is consistently listed in the Denver Business Journal as a top industrial producer.


 


Mitch has built strong relationships with numerous institutional owners as well as regional and national corporate users. He has represented these companies in the acquisition and disposition of 10 million square feet of industrial space in the last 15 years, valued at over $250 million.


 


Education
Mitch received his B.A. in Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.

• Mitch is very active with the Jewish Family Services organization, serving on the Board of the Midor Ledor Committee for the past 3 years
• He was president of a 96-unit Homeowners Association for 2 years and sat on its board for 5 years
• For 8 years, he has volunteered his time as an instructor at the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD), teaching the disabled to ski and participate in winter and summer sports. He has raised over $200,000 with the support of his colleagues for the "Ski for NSCD" charity event.
• In 2008, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Association of Commercial REALTORS®.
