Mike Wafer has spent his entire career in commercial real estate. As a market expert specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and build-tosuits—as well as vacant land sales—Mr. Wafer focuses the majority of his efforts within the industrial Denver metropolitan market. As an exceptional strategist and negotiator, his proven record includes industrial transactions totaling in excess of 13.4 million square feet and over 3,189 acres of vacant land valued at over $905 million.
A results-driven leader, Mr. Wafer is consistently recognized as a top producer locally, regionally and nationally. His active transaction involvement over the past 28 years, combined with the fact that Mr. Wafer is a Denver native and second-generation real estate specialist, provides clients with the added advantage of exceptional market knowledge. He has helped dozens of clients achieve exceptional results over his career.
Past leadership positions include Senior Vice President, Industrial Services Group at Grubb & Ellis Company in Denver, CO. Mr. Wafer’s high level of commitment and professionalism during his 23-year tenure at Grubb & Ellis Company earned him recognition as a top producing industrial broker within the company and the region. He attends multiple conferences, seminars and networking functions throughout the year to better solidify relationships and his knowledge of the marketplace trends. Mr. Wafer began his career in commercial real estate sales at Wafer Investment Company in Denver.
