Kevin R. Doyle, Vice President, District Sales Manager, Wells Fargo Bank SBA Lending
Kevin Doyle is the District Sales Manager and a Business Development Officer for the Colorado Region of Wells Fargo Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending. As part of the SBA Lending team, Mr. Doyle provides expertise to small businesses helping them choose the best loans for their growing companies. He also implements financing solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of the business owner’s goals and visions. He specializes in the financing of owner-occupied commercial real estate (purchase, construction and refinance) and business acquisition transactions.
Mr. Doyle has worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Denver, CO for the last 18 years with a core focus on commercial lending to small to medium sized businesses. For the past 12 years, his concentration has been exclusive to the Bank’s SBA Lending Division. During this time, he has originated over $250 million in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans to over 400 Colorado businesses.
His accomplishments include consistent, annual loan production in the top 5% for all Wells Fargo SBA lenders. He has also earned the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for generating more total SBA loan volume than all other Wells Fargo SBA lenders in the United States. This sales activity is in addition to the management of the six person Wells Fargo Colorado SBA sales team.
Mr. Doyle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
An avid runner and Iowa Hawkeye football fan, Mr. Doyle resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife and two daughters.
