Represented Westfield Company in the sale of 1800 Larimer, a 22-story, Class AAA office building with LEED Platinum certified core and shell construction completed in April 2010, totaling 495,518 rsf located at 18th and Larimer Streets near the eastern edge of lower downtown Denver ($213.223 million over $430/rsf)


Represented SVN Equities in the sale of Arapahoe Business Park (12250-12650 East Arapahoe Road), a 7-building office/flex complex
totaling 309,450 rsf, and 345 Inverness Drive South, a 3-building office/flex complex with 175,289 rentable square feet. The 95 percent
leased 484,787 rentable square foot Class A, multi-tenant office/flex portfolio was acquired by Hines REIT Properties, L.P. for $66.5 million


Represented Westfield Capital Partners in the sale of the Guaranty Bank building, a 220,287 rsf, 13-story, multi-tenant office building
located at 17th and Market Streets in lower downtown Denver ($69.95 million)


Represented Westcore Properties in the sale of Corporate Pointe, a 3-story, Class A, multi-tenant office building, and Tech Center East
and West, two single-story, multi-tenant office buildings totaling 210,652 rsf located in Briargate Business Park, Colorado Springs ($35.6 million)


Represented Clarion Partners in the sale of ParkRidge One, a 166,708 rsf, Class A, multi-tenant office building in ParkRidge Corporate Center, Southeast Suburban Denver ($31.35 million)


Represented The Lionstone Group in its acquisition of the 30-acre Gates East Campus including 308,000 rsf of office space located at
the southeast quadrant of I-25 and Broadway ($26.136 million)


Represented Hines U.S. Office Development Fund in the sale of 4600 South Syracuse, a 13-story, 304,000 sf, Class A, multi-tenant trophy
