Bret Hall, Directof of Special Projects, Swinerton Builders
Bret Hall has been involved in providing professional construction services for 22 years. He has demonstrated his managerial skills on a variety of interiors projects from management of the design process through completion of construction, interacting with the design teams, clients and construction trades. As Director of Special Projects for the Colorado Division of Swinerton Builders, Bret is responsible for ensuring each
project is delivered to the expectations set the by the client. He is directly involved in projects during the bidding stage and follows each trade award. His input to the contract negotiation prior to the start of construction is essential to the administration of the contract throughout the construction duration. Additionally, he is responsible for the evaluation of project cost and schedule.
Project Experience
Bret has provided estimating and management services on projects ranging from $20,000 to $48 million. His experience has covered Denver’s Central Business District, Denver Tech Center, Inverness, Interlocken and other large office buildings from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. He has also been involved in a number of public entity clients.
