    Description: Mortenson, Hunt, Saunders is an integrated tri-venture serving as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Hotel and Public Transit Center. The South Terminal Redevelopment Program is made up of independent yet physically integrated projects, which include the construction of a planned 500-room Westin hotel and conference center, and RTD FasTracks commuter rail station and improvements to the existing concourse baggage and train systems.
