Colorado National Bank--Renaissance Marriott - March 4, 2013
Description: The project is a conversion of the existing historic bank building into a Renaissance by Marriott consisting of 158,630 square feet, 230 guestrooms with an upscale restaurant. This historical renovation will ensure the preservation of an important landmark within the city and county of Denver. In addition to the renovation of the existing six-story structure, two additional floors will be added along with a new stairwell and entrance on the southwest side of the building. All of the existing marble exterior of the building will be preserved.

Doubletree by Hilton - October 29, 2012
Description: Renovation is underway at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Durango. R+B is currently developing interior layouts, providing design renderings, color schemes and design boards for Hilton Global Design. The scope includes providing specifications for guest rooms which include furniture, artwork and accessories. R+B is also managing the specifications for corridor renovation to include carpet/pad/base, decorative lighting, wall coverings and wood refinishing. Inspirations for the design are taken from the regional geography, local culture and surrounding attractions.

Woody Creek Distillery - October 29, 2012
Description: Woody Creek Distillery will be the first of its kind in Basalt, Colorado. A 10,000-square-foot space in the Mid-Valley Business Center is being renovated to house beautiful, state of the art stills imported from Germany. Vodka and gin will be crafted from locally grown potatoes and grain, with whiskey and bourbon available after the required aging process. The distillery will feature a 2,000-sf tasting room and gift shop with the ability to hold private events.

Hotel Jerome - October 29, 2012
Description: Rowland+Broughton is serving as Architect of Record for the Hotel Jerome in Aspen. Built in 1889, the Hotel Jerome complex was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. This hospitality icon, now operated by Auberge Resorts, has scheduled renovation to begin in August 2012. The scope encompasses 94 guestrooms, restaurant, spa, the Grand Ballroom, meeting spaces and updated finishes throughout. R+B is excited to participate in the transformation of such an important community landmark.
