    Description: This 10,000-square-foot laboratory and warehouse tenant improvement project included a 2,300-sf warehouse and a two-level, 12,500-sf laboratory. Laboratory features include a geo-prep room, a sample prep area, an separate acid laboratory with four perchloric hoods, a dust collection system, a clean agent fire suppression system, chemical and gas storage, 11 mechanical exhaust hoods throughout and very specialized electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
