The Gardens on Quail Street - December 12, 2012
Description: The Gardens on Quail Street is a new memory care, assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Arvada. The building includes 46 memory care bedrooms and 46 skilled nursing bedrooms. The building design features neighborhoods of units with three memory care neighborhoods on the first floor and three skilled nursing neighborhoods on the second floor. When complete, the facility will have the capabilities of serving 128 people. Construction is anticipated to be complete by February 2013.

Description: This project includes the renovation of an existing 105,000-square-foot, 1970's building in Aurora into 86 units of age restricted apartments for adults 55 years and older. The building will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 600 to 1,120 sf. The project also features two commons area, an administrative space, fitness center, card room, conference room, and multipurpose/craft rooms. Renovations will include the demolition of the existing aluminum facade and building a new energy efficient exterior. Finishes will include maple finish cabinets, granite counter tops, vinyl plank floors in the kitchen areas, carpeted rooms, and ceramic tile floors and wainscots in the bathrooms.
