John Marshall helps drive the business development strategies and new client relationships
throughout the United States for the Duke Realty healthcare team. By working with hospital finance
and planning executives, he identifies key outpatient development needs and strategies. John bridges
these relationships with Duke Realty’s development executives to create winning facility solutions for
hospital clients.

John has worked 20 years in commercial real estate, focusing exclusively on healthcare for the past 13
years. His clients have expressed gratitude for John’s trustworthiness, transparency, and enthusiasm
