Fransen Pittman is a Colorado Corporation, incorporated in 1994. We are engaged in medical, commercial, institutional, municipal and light industrial construction, both new and remodel. Our clients choose to work with us because of the level of personal commitment we provide each client and project, as well as our style of working with our clients. Our typical individual projects range in size from $1 to $30 million and our Small Projects Group manages $100K - $1M projects.
