Alliance Construction Solutions (ACS) was founded in 1982 with new ownership in 2009.  Headquartered in Denver with an office in Cheyenne, Alliance specializes in hospitality, healthcare/medical, senior living, affordable/multi-family, education, historical renovation, sustainable and institutional projects.  At Alliance we take exceptional pride in living the company’s mission statement; Committed to our Partners, building excellence into the future.  Current work includes $68M in hospitality, $8.5M healthcare, and $6M in assisted living.  ACS’ services include Development, Pre-Construction Estimating and Value Engineering and Design Build/Design Assist.
