Members are involved in all related aspects of the operation, maintenance, and energy management of commercial buildings. BOAC was started in 1984. Its purpose is to assist its members in developing their knowledge and increase their competency in all areas of building services. The association provides a professional arena for networking and fellowship. Monthly meetings include a technical presentation and luncheon.
