BOMA Denver

The Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association's (BOMA) principal members are commercial office, industrial, retail, corporate facilities and medical office buildings represented by the owners and/or managers of the properties. In addition, BOMA Allied member companies are providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties. BOMA represents the interests of commercial real estate owners before governmental decision makers at the state legislature, the PUC and local jurisdictions, while BOMA International represents owners before Congress, federal agencies and codes and standards development organizations. In addition, BOMA provides valuable education, professional development and up-to-date information to commercial real estate professionals.
