Our 1031 exchange services include simple, reverse and construction improvement exchange transactions coordinated by experienced CPAs and Certified Exchange Specialists. We are bonded with a multi-million dollar fidelity bond and all exchange proceeds are held in individual money market accounts directly accessible on our Banks website. Exchangers receive 100% of interest earned. Our escrow services include owner carry loan servicing, lease to purchase escrows, cash and document holding escrows.
