AGC Basic Construction Stormwater Compliance Course

This course covers the basics of construction Stormwater permit management and pollutant discharge prevention for construction sites. The appropriate uses of erosion and sediment control best management practices and good housekeeping methods are reviewed in relation to the Stormwater regulations. The one day course will provide each participant with compliance resources and a broad understanding of the proven tools and methods available to achieve compliance with local, state, and federal Stormwater regulations.

AGC 2 Day Blueprint Reading Class for Commercial Applications

The course begins with a brief overview of drawing symbols and conventions flowing through the several types of structural systems, including building finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, site work and utilities. The class workbook includes a complete set of drawings and related exercises for a four-story office building. The exercises will be reviewed in depth with emphasis on estimating and quantity issues. A review of various types of specifications, contract documents and terms, which must be interpreted on a project, will be included. For the second day, students should bring a set of drawings they are familiar with that will be reviewed and discussed.

AGC Advanced Stormwater Manger's Course

This training course has been designed to go beyond simply informing participants of their obligations under the Stormwater Construction General Permit (CGP).
