SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown at Metro StateRewarding Star Talent with Effective Incentive Compensation Plans: Creating the right incentive compensation plan can be a powerful weapon in the war for attracting and retaining future talent. The goals of any incentive compensation plan should be to attract new talent, retain your current team members and reward people for superior performance. However, designing the perfect plan alone won't guarantee success. The critical implementation process is dependent on how you communicate it and, yes, "sell it" to your employees.
