Tenant Improvement (TI) Construction - Panel Seminar

1600 Broadway, 5th Floor Conference Room

Description: Most all of us in property management have some responsibility for the tenant improvement construction process in our buildings. Perhaps it's the property (project) manager working with the broker, the architect and the tenant in the preliminary space planning stages; the general contractor requesting bids for all the required disciplines on the construction documents; or the building engineer checking and rechecking the work of the mechanical sub-contractor to ensure his/her accuracy. TI construction is a long, detailed and tedious process from the initial space plan to the final punch list sign off with many, many steps in between. Join us and hear from the panel of individuals who have experienced and learned from this process first hand for most of their careers. Panel: Architect - Amanda Mixon, Project Manager, Saiber Saiber, Inc.; General Contractor - Alex Szollosi, President , Max Construction, Inc.; Property (Project) Manager - Sandi Schroeder, RPA CPM CCIM LEED GA
