IREM WORKSHOP - Eviction: Ending the Tenancy When Things Go Wrong

Delinquent tenants can rob the property of its cash flow, cause problems for your good tenants, and even create extensive damage repair costs. Getting rid of a bad tenant isn't always easy. If you don't keep up on all the new laws and requirements impacting the eviction process, you might be stuck with that bad tenant a lot longer than you expected. Attendees of this workshop will review the differences between commercial and residential leases and what is required of notices to evict. Attendees will understand next steps after notices fail to result in payment or vacating of the property. The laws specific to a Colorado eviction will be considered and weighed.
