Colorado Construction - Still in a Rocky (Mountain) State? Construction appears to have rebounded from its early-2011 low point. But the gains remain tentative and uneven across the state and among industry segments. Is a full-blown recovery underway at last, or will the gains flatten out and perhaps vanish? Which way are materials costs headed? How does Colorado compare with other states? AGC of America' s fearless forecaster, Chief Economist Ken Simonson, will give his best guess to these questions (and yours) in a lively, interactive session. Following the presentation there will be an opportunity to visit with AGC/C's and CCA's board of directors and connect with general contractor member companies' preconstruction and project managers at individual general contractor exhibiting tables.
