HI Kris, Loan Investing has been a wonderful strategy for my company over the last 5 years. I've been able to buy multiple loans in my own back yard from banks and sellers who had carried back a note. The returns have ranged from the low to high double digits with a high level of security (20 - 60 % LTV). Nearly one million square feet in Boulder is a little greener these days. The W.W. Reynolds Cos. has retrofit almost one million sf of its commercial properties over the past 18 months throughout Boulder County through EnergySmart and Xcel Energy commercial rebates.
