HI Kris, Loan Investing has been a wonderful strategy for my company over the last 5 years. I've been able to buy multiple loans in my own back yard from banks and sellers who had carried back a note. The returns have ranged from the low to high double digits with a high level of security (20 - 60 % LTV). I don't see loan sales slowing for a long time for no other reason that we have 20 years worth of FDIC 'loss-share' assets waiting to be disposed. Thanks for the article! Pinkard Construction Co. recently started the $3.3 million renovation/addition to Moby Arena on the campus of Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

The project, slated for completion in December, involves 6,800 square feet of additions to both the north and south concourses. The additions comprise a new ticketing area on the north concourse and a banquet room with a commercial kitchen on the south. Also included in the scope of work are additional restrooms, renovations to the existing restrooms and concession stands, new graphic displays and updated audiovisual components are planned.
