The Regency Student Housing Community on Thursday will break ground on the $12 million, five-building "Villas at Regency" at its student housing community. The Villas will be built on six acres north of its Regency student housing complex at 3900 Elati St., Denver. The Villas, serving students at the Auraria campus, adds an additional 120 units with 360 beds, increasing the total bed capacity at the Regency to 960. The addition will create the largest apartment community in Denver devoted exclusively to college students.
