A 10-story mixed-use development called 16M will be built in place of the Office Depot at 1350 16th Street in Lower Downtown Denver. The building will offer 130,000 square feet of Class AA office space, 15,000 sf of street-level retail and restaurant amenities, and residential units on the upper floors. The developers, Integrated Properties Inc., Elevation Group and Sage Hospitaity, plan to complete the project by early 2014. Jamie Gard and Nathan Johnson of Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross are marketing the development.
