HI Kris, Loan Investing has been a wonderful strategy for my company over the last 5 years. I've been able to buy multiple loans in my own back yard from banks and sellers who had carried back a note. The returns have ranged from the low to high double digits with a high level of security (20 - 60 % LTV). I don't see loan sales slowing for a long time for no other reason that we have 20 years worth of FDIC 'loss-share' assets waiting to be disposed. Thanks for the article! A 10-story mixed-use development called 16M will be built in place of the Office Depot at 1350 16th Street in Lower Downtown Denver. The building will offer 130,000 square feet of Class AA office space, 15,000 sf of street-level retail and restaurant amenities, and residential units on the upper floors. The developers, Integrated Properties Inc., Elevation Group and Sage Hospitaity, plan to complete the project by early 2014. Jamie Gard and Nathan Johnson of Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross are marketing the development.
