HI Kris, Loan Investing has been a wonderful strategy for my company over the last 5 years. I've been able to buy multiple loans in my own back yard from banks and sellers who had carried back a note. The returns have ranged from the low to high double digits with a high level of security (20 - 60 % LTV). Kuni Lexus will open an eco-friendly dealership with country club-style amenities near the Denver Tech Center in the spring. As interesting as the new dealership is, there are a lot of moving pieces to the transaction. Read about it in the next edition of the Colorado Real Estate Journal.
