HI Kris, Loan Investing has been a wonderful strategy for my company over the last 5 years. I've been able to buy multiple loans in my own back yard from banks and sellers who had carried back a note. The returns have ranged from the low to high double digits with a high level of security (20 - 60 % LTV). Chotin Properties LLC has started a full-scale renovation of its Denver Tech Center building.

Work at the building at 5675 DTC Blvd. in Greenwood Village includes all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems consistent with Class A properties.

The general contractor for the project is i2 Construction LLC while Burkett Design Inc. is responsible for core-and-shell building redevelopment and architectural design. Catalyst Planning group has been engaged to act as the owner’s representative throughout the construction process.
