HI Kris, Loan Investing has been a wonderful strategy for my company over the last 5 years. I've been able to buy multiple loans in my own back yard from banks and sellers who had carried back a note. The returns have ranged from the low to high double digits with a high level of security (20 - 60 % LTV). Avon mixed-use property scooped up by investment group

Local investment group Avon Mountain Center LLC paid $9.8 million for a mixed-use property in the heart of the Vail Valley.

Avon Mountain Center LLC purchased the Mountain Center of Avon, an 80,000-square-foot office/flex/self-storage building at 910 Nottingham Road in Avon in a cash-flow play, according to transaction broker Mike Pearson of NAI Mountain Commercial.
