Print Ads

  • High Resolution Ads: High resolution final press-ready ads, images and/or art within ads should be 300dpi or greater at full size
  • Fonts: All should either be embedded or converted to outlines in PDFs
  • Full-color ads: Build using CMYK process color. No RGB or spot colors
  • Spot colors: Create using a CMYK build. A list of available spot colors can be found at http://www.signatureoffset.com/helpful-resources.html
  • Black: No rich black or 4-color black text
  • Final Ads: Ads should be press-quality PDF (Acrobat 4.0 or higher), TIFF or JPEG files
  • Bleed – Building Dialogue Only: Provide .25″ on all sides for only Building Dialogue full­-page and 2-page spread ads
  • Crop marks- Building Dialogue Only: Include only for Building Dialogue full-page and 2-page spread ads with bleed

  • 750×500 Photos for Industry Directory Listings: 150 dpi / RGB
  • 300×250 Video Promo Ads: Visual Placeholder 150 dpi / RGB, plus link to exact url for video
  • 300×500 Sponsored Story Post: Photo and link, headline (4-5 words) and brief intro for your story (15 words)
  • File Formats: JPEG, PNG (best for text heavy), GIF (static only, no animation)
  • Banner ad file size: 50k or less
  • File names for ads/photos: Companyname.size.date.JPG (ie. CREJ.728×90.FEB2016.JPG)
  • All Links: Provide exact URL your ad should link to
